Dr. Lang Foster graduated with a BS degree from Wofford College in 1990. While at the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine, he received an HPSP scholarship from the United States Navy, and following graduation, entered the Navy and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency.

Dr. Keith Street has provided high-quality orthodontic care for children and adults in upstate SC since 1990. He received his DMD from MUSC in Charleston. Following dental school, he completed a one-year fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a primary focus on advanced restorative techniques in the periodontal-involved patient.
